Kristen Hoagland
Bio
Kristen Hoagland is currently an ensemble member on the National Tour of Hamilton and has been traveling the US and Canada performing with the show for the past 5 years. She has also toured with the National Tour of West Side Story and has been a part of two productions at the Goodspeed Opera House.
She has had the pleasure of working directly with choreographers AC Ciulla, Luis Salgado, Spencer Liff, Dwight Rhoden, Desmond Richardson, Ivan Koumaev, Mari Madrid, Larry Keigwan, Jeffrey Lapes, Jihan Amoroli, and Michael Susten just to name a few.
Along with performing, she is also a very passionate teacher. Kristen teaches ballet, lyrical, hip hop, musical theater, contemporary, and jazz. Her classes offer a safe environment for dancers to explore their own abilities as well as learn from others. She prides herself in keeping a positive attitude and pushing students harder than they thought possible. Her students have been the recipients of numerous awards at regional and national competitions. Kristen truly loves sharing her passion with others.
Class Description
Hamilton Repertoire Workshop + Q&A
Class will begin with a fun warm up to get the blood pumping! Then we will dive into some of the Hamilton vocabulary by learning a combination and finish off with a Q&A where I will answer any and all questions about the industry, touring, and life!
